Is the plan actually working?
- Baseline, then retest. Measure, start the plan, retest at 8 to 12 weeks.
- Stop the waste. Identify supplements making no measurable difference.
- Personalise with DNA. Nutrigenomic insight into why clients respond differently.
Changes to prescribed medication must always go through the client's prescriber.

- Spot deficiencies and anaemia behind fatigue
- Monitor protein and nutrient status
- Show improving markers to keep clients motivated
Prescribing and medical monitoring remain the responsibility of the prescriber. Not medical advice; clinical judgement applies.
